Veronika Jungwirth

has been working as a solution-focused business coach for managers and teams throughout the DACH region since 2006. As an enthusiastic trainer for solution-focused leadership communication and coaching, she gives numerous seminars. Since 2012 she has gotten to know and love the agile approach. Together with her partner Dr. Ralph Miarka, she brings the solution-focused approach with constantly new usable ideas to the agile community and founded sensibleFÜHREN GmbH in 2015. Her first book is called “Coaching Agile Teams in a Solution-Focused Way” and was published by dpunkt.Verlag in August 2015 - the 4th edition has been available since February 2022. In September 2018, both started the first training group of their in-house training for solution-focused coaching and consulting in Vienna. Veronika is actively involved in the solution-focused community internationally and founded the AustrianSolutionCircle in 2010 - the association for solution-focused work in Austria, where she served on the board until 2018.

Solution focused

The focus is on the solution-focused development of companies and teams. To this end, we conduct, among other things, courses, training, workshop moderation and coaching for managers and team members in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. In the training, participants learn solution-focused attitudes, principles and techniques in order to be able to communicate constructively and forward-looking in everyday situations. Coaching is used to support people who face challenges in their work and want to break new ground. In team coaching and team workshops, the participants develop their goals and ways to get there together with support. Since 2018, we have been offering training and further education in solution-focused coaching and consulting in Vienna. This offers 11 international speakers and 13 modules in 15 months in an exclusive group of max. 12 participants.
