I was born in 1969 and have already been "touched by life", I live near Munich.
I am an "open-hearted" listener, topic-namer, lovingly-consistent, opportunity-discoverer, space-holder, perspective-provider, enabler, crisis-manager, potential-explorer, visionary, creative head, new-way-researcher, "curious-learning-type", person with "positively not-knowing" attitude , agile-iterative orientation point in transformation processes, easy in connecting with people, entrepreneur, strong in resilience and moved in empathy, positive-happy in life attitude, self-healer and healing space opener.
Life touched me and so I met myself. A powerful life journey.
In this life journey I started professionally as an engineer, worked for many years in B2B sales for customers, became a freelance management consultant, also again an employed change consultant and Agile Coach.
At home in SMEs, corporations and with entrepreneurs and in presence and online formats. I have many years of experience in coaching, facilitation, moderation, conversation and negotiation skills, agile and lean management.
