Overview

self description

More than 25 years of professional experience, mostly in managerial positions. Working as an independent organizational developer and coach since 2017. I am a practical and solution-oriented person. My motto is “DO – day and night”. By DOING and especially by “DOing things differently than usual”, new paths and solutions open up.
Through my professional career I have been able to develop a good understanding and know-how of many different people and industries, which is my basis as a coach today. In addition to the systemic approach, I also combine different relaxation techniques and exercise with coaching, be it a walk, hike or targeted yoga - exercise is always with the aim of helping the other person succeed, however that person defines success for themselves.

Offer

offer

As a coach, I support my clients in identifying and specifically developing their skills and resources in order to achieve their personal and professional goals. My coaching methods are goal- and solution-oriented and tailored to the individual needs and challenges of my clients. Through continuous feedback and reflection, I accompany my clients on their path to personal and professional growth. I work with a systemic and solution-oriented approach where questioning techniques, reframing, visualizations, hypothesis formation, feedback... and elements from NLP can be used. In addition to the usual coaching tools, I also offer coaching in motion. My clients can choose between walking, hiking, yoga, breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises. By including the physical level in coaching, topics can be treated on multiple levels and good solutions can often be achieved more quickly.
