Method:
• GIVING SPACE: Already in the first meeting, the focus is on creating a new space - a framework for new approaches - a rehearsal stage on which new ideas can be tried out without reservation.
• LISTENING: as a coach, I am first and foremost an attentive listener. As a coach, I am curious about the story that lead you to me.
• QUESTIONS: as a coach, I ask questions that nobody might have asked yet, that may not have been allowed to ask, questions that you may not have dared to ask yourself, that may sound somewhat unusual at first.
• TRANSFORMATION: Olives change from an inedible fruit to a delicacy in just a few weeks by washing and placing them in salt water every day. In a similar way, concerns, problems, questions, worries turn into possible solutions, which we gradually develop and substantiate together. In coaching, the necessary space and time is created - similar to the water and salt in olives.
• DOCUMENTATION: in order to make the work as concrete and binding as possible, it is documented during the course of coaching and the results are fixed.
