Managers and teams who face challenging situations such as the need to increase their innovative strength or intensive change processes. My target groups result from my many years of work in technical, planning and manufacturing (K) MUs and corporations and my enthusiasm for people, their products and the underlying necessary processes and forms of communication.

I work according to the Kieler advisory model in a constructivie-systemic approach. This means that you as the customer are the expert for your topics and I accompany you as an expert for coaching through your process.
These tools help us:
Constellations, changes of perspective, externalization, visualizations, reflections. Questions, curiosity, appreciation, ideas and irritations.

process

At the beginning of our approx. 1-hour coaching conversation, we clarify together which topic/s you would like to work on and how I can best support you as a coach. I ask you questions in order to get you into your topic, re-examine, maybe irritate and, at best, restructure it. In addition, there are methodical and systemic tools that I offer you as a coaching client in your clarification process to draw your attention to new thoughts, paths and resources. Basically, I assume that you have your solutions and that I support you as a coach to recognize and implement them. So you do not receive advice, but my support in which your own ideas and solutions arise.
