process

In a first conversation, we get to know each other and see if there is a personal match. We also explore, if coaching is the best approach for your specific situation.

Our first session will focus very much on creating both clear and compelling objectives for yourself. There is nothing more motivating than a strong vision in mind.

During the coaching sessions there will be a balance between exploration or reflexion and the focus on specific action steps. We will create transfer tasks for real life in between sessions, making sure you see effects quickly.

At the end of our work together we will evaluate the process. This also serves the purpose of making your progress sustainable in the future.

I have made good experiences with processes that consist of 5-10 sessions. With some clients, short-term interventions of 2 sessions are suffice. Some clients prefer a long-term coaching relationship that lasts over years.
