My approach follows the methodology of Relational Coaching combined with elements of Gestalt Therapy and Transactional Analysis. My approach is individually tailored to the personal needs, wishes and goals of my clients.

In an intensive experiential process, I work with clients to increase their perception in the here and now, to adopt new perspectives, to weigh alternatives, and to reflect on results and learnings. In the process, I encourage you to explore new paths, step out of your comfort zone, and identify solutions. You can test your thoughts and ideas and receive unbiased and honest feedback. Your individual questions and goals are the guideline for our coaching process without offering ready-made solutions or programmes.
