Peter Finckler has over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, managing director and board member in various business enterprises, most recently over 20 years in the IT industry. He is a businessman, academic mental coach and qualified life counsellor. He has been working as a leadership coach in executive development for 15 years. His core competencies are sparring, crisis and conflict management and coaching top executives. His work focuses on leadership behaviour and cultural development in organisations. He is a recognised coach of the international Coach Federation and a senior coach in the DBVC.
