I have been working as a Business Coach since 2018, primarily in English, and I mainly support young leaders who are either new to the role or want to reflect on their tasks, goals, and the associated challenges.
I often observe that people are promoted due to their good work performance, but they frequently lack the methods and know-how to create a good working environment, engage the whole team, lead responsibly and authentically, motivate, and support. In coaching, I want to accompany and encourage you in the process of viewing the leadership role not only as an expert in your own field but also to consider "soft skills" and attitude as equally important.
