Coach, supervisor, mediator, management trainer, organizational consultant.
My broad specialist and field experience, paired with empathy, analytical and solution-oriented competence, enables me as a coach to support my customers on a practical and conceptual level.
I have 20 years of professional experience in a multinational industrial company in all key stages of the value chain such as sales, marketing, development / manufacturing and in management positions. In this I was responsible for a department with a wide range of tasks, consisting of creatives and high potentials up to people in functions of quality control and system maintenance.
In addition, after completing my teacher training, I was successfully engaged in research and teaching at the university for seven years and am continuously working as a lecturer and in the training and further education of soft and hard skills.
My access to the coaching process is shape and development-oriented, systemic-constructivist and supported by a solution and resource-oriented attitude.

philosophy

Systemic-constructive, design, resource and solution-oriented.
Hypotheses, an essential tool in consulting, help to put together pieces of the puzzle of the respective reality and to add missing parts. Gestalt psychology researched this addition in the last century and simply speaks of "Gestalt".
In my coaching sessions I work with and on hypotheses in the sense that they become “shapes” with which communication is possible.
Positive communication leads to the identification and mobilization of resources and new opportunities for action. This enables my customers to work independently and solution-oriented on their goals and to achieve them.

In addition to systemic questions and scaling, role-splitting and
-games, system board and line-up formats, rituals and metaphors, time line & time travel, story telling and other methods are used.

At the beginning of a coaching cycle, a core topic, an overall goal, a time frame and the expected number of sessions are agreed upon.
At each individual appointment, a work goal is initially defined and finally compared with the overall goal.
The session lasts between 60 and 120 minutes.
