Since 2008 I have been working in the field of coaching, adult education and psychotherapy. I have gained experience in independent practice as well as in various psychiatric and psychosocial health facilities. I worked here as a coach and psychotherapist with people in all hierarchical levels (e.g. board of directors, management level, employees).
Before that, I held various consulting, managerial and strategic roles for small, medium-sized and large companies from various sectors (IT, telecommunications, TV, consumer goods, insurance, banking, gas) for 10 years as a marketing expert and management consultant.
