Everything starts with listening - As a coach, I listen carefully to people, teams and organisations and support them with fresh impulses to become more agile through times of change.

Thanks to my many years of experience as a manager in international actuarial positions, it is easy for me to recognise relevant patterns and thus to structure situations and offer different perspectives.

However, a purely cognitive approach is not enough: in order to support people, teams or organisations to develop their full potential in change processes, I include creativity and feelings as well as impulses from our senses and bodies.
