Complementary work on several levels is important to me: I hate to work purely cognitively on a topic and almost never work purely metaphorically or creatively. "Including thinking, feeling and wanting" would be the "classic" trigon language.

process

- About 6 -12 units (depending on the topic and objectives) of 1 - 1.5 hours
- The coaching units are scheduled together. There should be at least 6 and a maximum of 8 weeks between the units, on the one hand to enable a verifiable transfer to practice and on the other hand to keep line of action.
Each unit includes:
Attunement phase (starting situation, problem or goal, current),
Diagnosis and work phase (prerequisites for goal achievement, analysis and diagnosis of the situation, awakening potential, developing ideas, alternatives, measures) as well as
Conclusion and implementation preparation phase (project, success review, learning strategy of the customer until next time).
Overall, there is continuous monitoring of the goals during the coaching. Interim standings will be recorded at halftime. In the last unit there is a common review and preview (around 5% of the total time budget).
- For any new concerns and / or goals that would lead to a reorientation of time and content, an additional or new agreement would have to be made.
