More than 20 years, Jörn Fetköter was engaged as executive manager of international acting industrial groups, family owned EPC-contracting companies and industrial service providers.

2011 Jörn Fetköter has founded his own consulting company „Coaching for Professionals“ and is working as management consultant and executive coach.
The portfolio of management consulting activities is focussed to cultural and strategic developments of midsize and family owned companies of a variance of branches.
As a personal or team coach, Jörn is working with top-executives on an individual basis in the fields of cultural and leadership attitudes, strategic business and personal developments.
