It begins with the first contact in which the framework conditions are clarified. Depending on the specific situation, the clarification of intent and the development of concerns, goals and orders for the current meeting can follow immediately. In the implementation of the respective coaching units, the clients are seen as content experts who already have all the solutions in them (although not visible on the surface) and the coach as the person responsible for the process. The methods and tools vary depending on the occasion and are the responsibility of the coach. The number of counseling units is determined in cooperation with the clients, whereby each unit is structured in such a way that it could also be the first and the last. Depending on the situation, the clients also receive “homework”, which should be given special attention to until the next session.
