philosophy

My way of working is based on a humanistic approach.
I work primarily solution and goal-oriented.
Three aspects are particularly important to me:
- Positive appreciation of the person seeking advice with their difficulties and peculiarities
- Empathy: Sensitive understanding of the world and the problems from the client's point of view, and the ability to communicate them
- Congruence: Open awareness of your own experience as a coach in the sense that I not only appear as a specialist, but also identify myself as a person in the encounter with clients.

In my coaching sessions I orientate myself towards person-centered interviewing (Carl R. Rogers). I work with a strong solution-oriented approach (NLP)
Circular and systemic questions and system board (preparation work).

process

* Value (consulting philosophy, reference to self-management of the client "stay in control of his actions")
Transparency of the coaching process, which topics should be spoken out, which "sensitive" topics should be left out)
* Clarify the client's willingness to change (willingness to change and desire)
* Discretion and neutrality of the coach (reference to independence from the company - coach does not represent any foreign interests)
* Goal and performance orientation (the coach is committed to the common goal)
* legal questions have to be clarified, e.g. Rights and obligations of both sides, meeting points, fee, duration and number of appointments, cancellation rules
- Evaluation (for second and follow-up coaching)
- Situation analysis - defining the central topic
- Clarify the possible Obstacles, lack of resources, restricting environmental factors
- Detailed target processing (self-determination, accessibility, pos. Formulated, time frame, - meta target, resources, environment, first step to implementation)
