• Authorized officer and head of research and development in a telecommunications company
• International business experience in Southeast Europe, Russia, Turkey, USA and China
For me, absolute confidentiality, respect and appreciation form the basis for every coaching process. I see coaching as a model in which the coach communicates with one another as an expert in conversation and problem solving and the customer as an expert in his system and context at eye level. The customer's resources are activated, new possibilities and options for action are opened. At the customer's request, I would be happy to bring my own experience as ideas and impulses to the coaching process.

As a lecturer at the European Systemic Business Academy (ESBA), I am responsible for the online coaching training module as part of professional coaching training and am also available as a teaching coach for all training participants.

I was born in 1969, I am married and the father of two sons.

Which methods I use in coaching depends on the course of the coaching and the needs of the customer.

process

The coaching process is agreed with the customer before the start. There are usually the following phases:
1. Clarification of concerns: The customer brings in their concerns and topics.
2. Clarification of goals: Development of a goal, which the customer would like to achieve with the coaching.
3. Order clarification: What does the customer expect from the coach?
4. actual coaching phase. The use of methods is in agreement with the customer. The most important premise: Every intervention fits the customer and supports him/her in reaching his/her goal.
5. Conclusion and securing results.
