In my coaching sessions, I support managers, junior managers and CXOs as a neutral, critical sparring partner in reflecting on and working through their professional challenges. My coaching concept is based on a structured, solution-orientated approach: clients develop their own answers to key questions - I support them with targeted methods, my experience and a clear perspective.
I help you to reflect on your personal impact, clarify conflicts, overcome professional crises and strengthen your self-management. Together we will analyse learned behavioural patterns, your thinking and action strategies and their influence on your professional situation. The aim is to facilitate sustainable changes that not only have a short-term effect, but also strengthen you in the long term as you face new challenges.

- Over 25 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, product management and business development in global companies. Including 20 years in management positions with technical and disciplinary responsibility.
- A sound technical understanding from my studies in electrical engineering (Dipl.-Ing., RWTH Aachen) combined with in-depth expertise in strategic leadership, intercultural cooperation and personal development.
- Certified coaching training ‘Psychology of change - emotionally intelligent coaching’ at Dietz-Coaching, recognised by DBVC and IOBC.
- Specialised in high sensitivity and personal development and accredited Insights Discovery® Practitioner.
- Regular supervision to ensure a high standard of quality in my work.
