• The framework of my coaching lesson is usually the classic conversation on an equal level, i.e. recognition and appreciation of the coachee, his world and his problem-solving strategies.
• I embed various interventions into this conversation: scaling, questions about exceptions, circular questions, wonder questions but also humor, provocations, reframings, finding new possibilities with a lot of subjunctive on my part, “self-talk” on a meta level, changing perspectives, offerings of innovation and intuition
• “Special methods”: work on the relationship board, symbol constellation, tetralemma work, trance work, visions, guided journeys, time travel
• Movement brings movement into the process: Sitting and talking isn't everything and that's why I like to encourage my customers to get physically moving. A small change of location - new perspective: and previously unnoticed opportunities suddenly appear!
• Most of my coaching sessions are one on ones. A customer, a coach. However, as provided for in the Kiel consulting model, I really enjoy coaching two coaches, one coachee in the luxury version. Most successfully, it seems to me, with my partner Regina
• Coaching with an idea team (reflecting team), which I am happy to provide
