I have over 20 years of international professional experience, including over 10 years in management positions at top management levels in various companies and industries, as well as over 6 years of experience as an internal and external consultant and trainer.
I have had professional coaching experience in top management for more than 3 years.

Individual, group and team coaching with a coaching partner (usually with partner Regina Schlipfinger) or alone.
Use of a reflecting team (ideas team) is possible.
In seminars and workshops I work with groups of max. 12 people according to the same systemic principles as in individual coaching.

target audience

People with a need for change or a solution to a problem. Above all, I coach people whose main concern is a professional topic.
Due to my CV, I have a stronger connection to medium-sized or large companies and corporations, but I also enjoy working with managers or employees from SMEs.

methods

The method(s) I use in coaching depend on the situation. I think choosing the “means of the hour” is a mix of intuition and experience. I usually briefly introduce the method I am considering, sometimes I let the customer choose between two options. In any case, the coachee is the final decision maker.

process

• The framework of my coaching lesson is usually the classic conversation on an equal level, i.e. recognition and appreciation of the coachee, his world and his problem-solving strategies.
• I embed various interventions into this conversation: scaling, questions about exceptions, circular questions, wonder questions but also humor, provocations, reframings, finding new possibilities with a lot of subjunctive on my part, “self-talk” on a meta level, changing perspectives, offerings of innovation and intuition
• “Special methods”: work on the relationship board, symbol constellation, tetralemma work, trance work, visions, guided journeys, time travel
• Movement brings movement into the process: Sitting and talking isn't everything and that's why I like to encourage my customers to get physically moving. A small change of location - new perspective: and previously unnoticed opportunities suddenly appear!
• Most of my coaching sessions are one on ones. A customer, a coach. However, as provided for in the Kiel consulting model, I really enjoy coaching two coaches, one coachee in the luxury version. Most successfully, it seems to me, with my partner Regina
