All methods are scientifically based and are selected individually for the client and the current situation. The respective method is explained and made transparent.
Examples are visualization, changing perspectives, resource analysis, working with beliefs and drivers, working with the inner team, value analysis.

process

Non-binding introductory meeting with the client:
The client gives a rough explanation of the issue, I explain the coaching process and discuss topics such as trust, confidentiality, openness and transparency in coaching.

After a week of reflection, the client decides whether or not to have coaching.

Conclusion of contract:
In the event of a collaboration, a formal contract is concluded.

Clarification of the order:
If the client is not the client, a clarification of the order takes place with the client, the client and me. This involves taking stock of the current situation and describing the common overarching goal. The framework for the coaching is also set (e.g. time period, number of sessions, etc.)

Coaching:
At the beginning, an issue is chosen for the session that is helpful for the overarching goal. Using individually selected methods that are suitable for the client and the current issue, we work on achieving the goal.

About halfway through the coaching series, an inventory is taken: What has been achieved? What else is needed?

Final coaching: a further inventory is made together with the client. The result is discussed with the client if necessary.

The content of each individual coaching session is confidential, and only the client decides whether and what of the content is shared with others.
