After the relevant information of your request has been presented, a clarification of objectives and goals follows for the coaching unit. The special thing about my coaching approach is that it combines solution-oriented interventions with mental coaching methods. This process is supported by working on the internal control conviction, self-efficacy and self-image.

The concrete results of the coaching unit are recorded in writing and made available to my clients afterwards. This procedure enables immediate securing of results, which my clients greatly appreciate as a practical transfer.
